Team Building and Training Days
Dodmoor House offers a secluded venue for team-building and training, enabling staff to escape the distractions of the office and concentrate on an innovative range of tasks to test and develop their skills and bond them together.
With three barns set within a secluded courtyard in four acres of grounds, a whole range of activities are possible:
- Team-building on site – employ a firm to try your hand at indoor or outdoor team-building activities such as duck herding in the gardens or a chocolate challenge in our catering kitchen.
- In-house team-building – organise your own sports day, treasure hunt or set of challenges to motivate staff
- Meet and motivate - spend half a day at Dodmoor House for a meeting, have lunch and then visit one of the nearby centres to enjoy karting, tank-driving or other outside activities
- Staff training – employ a specialist company to work with your staff on a whole range of individual and team skills
